Our staff is here to treat you with respect, dignity and consideration. All personal information will be given complete confidentiality. Elixir is a GLBT friendly environment.
Upon your arrival, we will explain the service you are here for, adhere to proper draping techniques, and then answer any questions you may have.
This is a professional massage therapy center—if you experience any impropriety we ask that you notify management immediately.
Elixir Guest Etiquette
As a first time guest, please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and fill out our intake form. For subsequent appointments we request you arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to check in and allow downtime for an Elixir Beverage and a soothing neck wrap prior to your massage.
Communicating With Your Therapist
If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment, such as pressure, the music, room temperature, or lighting, please let us know. It’s your choice if you’d like to talk during the treatment or remain quiet—whichever suits your mood!
Please respect the following guidelines:
- We request 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of an appointment. For appointments not canceled within 24 hours or no-shows we will charge for the service unless we can fill your appointment time.
- If you arrive late for your appointment we can only provide service for the remaining time scheduled.
- Please be sure to let our staff know upon booking if you are pregnant or if you have any medical conditions.
- Please leave your children at home so that you may fully relax during your time with us.
- Please no pets; certified service animals will be allowed.
- Please turn off cell phones or pagers.
- Elixir is a smoke-free setting.
- Elixir is a professional massage therapy center—any misconduct by the guest will result in immediate termination of service.
- Tipping guidelines: Our prices do not include gratuities. If you have enjoyed your service an 18% to 20% tip is customary based on menu prices.
